    • Coach Cooper graduated from college in 2017 with a bachelor’s degree in exercise science.

Coach Candice

 Candice Whetton has been a natural athlete her entire life. Starting at the young age of 7, she played a variety of sports, including soccer, tennis, basketball, junior lifeguarding, dance, gymnastics, and karate. She picked up each sport naturally. At 12, she committed to playing softball and decided to pursue it through college. After graduating from high school, she received a scholarship to play softball in Arizona, where she was named 4th in her conference for most stolen bases, with a total of 38 bases. 


Coach Candice has always been highly competitive in every sport she played. After college, she realized she still wanted to be involved in the sports world and help other athletes achieve their goals, including securing college scholarships. Together with her fiancé, Coach Coop, she decided to create a home gym for athletes to strive to become their best selves. Their goal is to provide athletes with an early experience of the college sports environment. They take everything they have learned and amplify it to personalize each athlete's workout.
